How to Use Pandora's Box
Welcome to Pandora's Box! If you've got an album in the works, this tool can help you organize your files and keep track of it all. Don't worry, everything stays on your device.
Getting Started
- Create an Album: Click the hamburger menu (☰) and select "Create New Album".
- Add Tracks: Open an album and click "Add Track" to upload audio files.
- Edit Tracks: Click the edit button next to any track to enter in your metadata like producers, writers, explicit status, and more.
- Add Tags: While editing a track, you can add tags to keep track of how far along the track is in production.
Playback Features
- Play Tracks: Click the play button on any track to start playback. Every song autoplays according to the tracklist order, so this is a great way to observe the flow of your album.
- Controls: Use the prev/next buttons and volume slider to take control of the action.
- Minimize Player: Too much space on your screen? Minimize the player with the (-) button and the album will continue playing. Out of sight, out of mind.
Advanced Features
- Settings: Configure default producers/writers and more.
- Custom Tags: Add custom tags to tracks for better organization.
- Download: Download individual tracks or entire albums as ZIP files.
- Import/Export: Backup and restore your data. Restored albums won't come with your audio, so make sure you keep separate backups of these too.
